Unlike traditionally interior design, designing for a short-term rental is different because you aren’t designing based off your personal taste and what you would put in your own home, you should be creating a space that not only will appeal to the masses but will make you stand out and get noticed first over your competition.  

Just like pricing, how long it will take depends on several factors including square footage, if the property needs to be fully furnished, partially furnished or just needs some finishing touches and how many rounds of feedback are needed before a design is complete. In general, the design process takes anywhere from two to six weeks.
